Introduction:

The film is loosely inspired by the events of 5th century European history, notably the collapse of the Western Roman Empire under its last Emperor, Romulus Augustus. This is coupled with other facts and legends from the history of Britain and fantastic elements from the legend of King Arthur to provide a basis for the Arthurian legend.

The film is narrated by Ambrosinus, native to Britain, who knows of a legend concerning the sword of Julius Caesar, which was hidden away from evil men. It begins shortly before the coronation of Romulus as Emperor in 460.

Having traveled through much of the known world in search of Caesar’s sword, Ambrosinus has then become Romulus’s tutor. A sort of philosopher-mystic, he at times gives the impression he is a magician, but his “magic” is just trickery. Romulus’s father Orestes apparently rules Rome but is not Emperor himself.

Introduction:

The movie begins in City Hall in Capital City, where the mayor is giving a speech about how crime in the city has skyrocketed. A police dog soon smells a bomb, which turns out to be a ham. For this mistake, the dog leaves the force. Cad (Simon Barsinister’s lackey) sees the dog and takes him into a lab. After he gets put into a cage surrounded by other caged dogs, the dog asks the dog next to him what this place is; and the dog says is that BAD stuff goes on in here. In the lab lobby, Cad watches the door with another security guard, Dan Unger. Dan stops a man trying to walk in saying the lab is closed for the night. The man shows his pass, and Cad identifies him as Dr. Simon Barsinister. Simon and Cad go into the lab, where they retrieve the former police dog and plan to perform an experiment on him. Simon tells the dog that it’s going to hurt a lot, which causes the dog to sneeze into Simon’s mouth then jump out of his hands. As he runs around, the dog causes severe damage to the lab and knocks a shelf containing chemicals onto himself. The chemicals change his body around and make him able to run out of the lab by smashing his way through several walls, but not before setting the lab on fire.

Introduction:

Two packs of werewolves, divided by principles, are signaled by the moon of the coming of an ancient prophecy. A young boy named Timothy (Matthew Knight) approaches his 13th birthday, unaware this marks the time of his transformation. Timothy has been raised by his grandmother Nana (Barbara Gordon), his mother Rachel (Rhona Mitra), his Uncle Jonas (Elias Koteas), his cousin Katherine (Sarah Carter) and Katherine’s boyfriend, Adam (Shawn Roberts). His father is said to be dead.

Introduction:

Dieter Dengler, a U.S. Navy pilot, is shot down over Laos in 1966, while on a combat mission. He survives the crash only to become pursued and ultimately captured by a local militia sympathetic to the Viet Cong. Dieter is given the chance for mercy if he signs a document condemning America, but he refuses. Instead, he is tortured and taken to a prison camp. There he meets fellow American military members and Air America pilots, some of whom have been captive for years. Dieter begins planning an escape, much to the disbelief of his fellow captives, who have been downtrodden through physical and psychological torture from the camp guards.

Eventually, all the prisoners rise up and escape, but they take separate routes through the jungle. Dieter and fellow captive Duane try to reach the Mekong River to cross over into Thailand. The pair are attacked and Duane is beheaded. Eventually, Dieter is rescued by an American helicopter but sequestered in a hospital due to the top secret nature of his mission. He is covertly taken back to his ship by his shipmates, where he is received as a hero by the entire crew.

Introduction:

The film begins with computer hackers transferring data which will enable the antagonists to pull off the crime to an operative of a terrorist group. This leads to a breach of an FBI facility’s computer system, as the computer hackers who aided the scheme are assassinated by the terrorist mastermind Thomas Gabriel (Timothy Olyphant), instead of being paid for their collaboration. The FBI, unaware of the killings, dispatches NYPD Police Detective John McClane (Bruce Willis) to bring in a known hacker, Matthew Farrell (Justin Long), who has also unwittingly assisted Gabriel, as part of their investigation regarding the breach. Gabriel’s thugs attempt to assassinate McClane and Farrell, but their targets escape. McClane transports Farrell to the FBI’s Washington DC headquarters and its head, Deputy Director Bowman (Cliff Curtis), in the midst of a shutdown of the traffic system in DC. The stock market is manipulated shortly afterward, causing it to crash.

Introduction:

Set two years after the first film, Reed Richards and Sue Storm are preparing for their wedding. A silver object enters Earth’s atmosphere, radiating cosmic energy that creates massive molecular fluctuations and causes deep craters at locations across the Earth. The government approaches Reed to build a sensor to track the movements of the object.

As the wedding begins, Reed’s systems detect the phenomenon approaching New York City, causing a massive power blackout. The object destroys the sensors while the Fantastic Four protect the crowd.
